Dark Milk 60%

Milk chocolate made by ‘Big Chocolate’ is typically only about 30% cacao - and lots of sugar and other unnecessary ingredients. Using single origin cacao beans from Zorzal Estate combined with single origin cocoa butter from Tanzania, and increasing the overall cacao percentage to a full 60% results in a fruity, deep but still very much milk chocolate experience.
