Cacao Oat - Limited
If you want to avoid sugar (or sugar substitutes), find 100% cacao bars just a step too far, but crave creamy single-origin craft chocolate, I’ve made this bar for you. Made from only 70% Semuliki Forest organic cacao (Uganda), organic oats and a smidge of organic cocoa butter, each bar has approximately 4gm of natural sugars from the included oats and no added sugar. Smooth, dark and oat-y but not sweet. It is not for everyone…yet I’m a bit smitten. For comparison, my 75% Semuliki dark bar has about 14gm added sugar, and my Dark Milk bar clocks in at 17gm total sugar (added plus that from milk). This is a micro batch, so quantities are quite limited.
